The Everyday Vietnamese Salad
Pickled Red Onion Salad Dressing infuses a burst of tanginess and vibrancy to your everyday salad. It is commonly served as a side dish to compliment Vietnamese meat dishes such as Bo Luc Lac. The combination of crisp red onions with the tangy acidity from the rice vinegar creates a refreshing flavor profile that harmonizes beautifully with the rich dishes of Vietnam.
Simple and Versatile
The dressing is so simple and barely a recipe but it is the quintessential every day salad recipe that every Vietnamese home cook has. Vietnamese Pickled Red Onion Salad Dressing is on the sweeter side and contains no oil which is not common for salad dressings but works with the savory and salty complex flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.
