Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Beef Short Ribs or LA Galbi or Flaken Cut
Marinade
  • 1 Bottle Korean BBQ sauce for Kalbi
  • 2 tb Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tb Soy Sauce
  • 1 tb Sesame Seed Oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Scallions ( Green Onions)

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients for marinade into a container with the Beef Ribs. Mix well and marinate at least 4 hours.
  2. Grill on medium high heat until desired doneness.
    My preference is medium well which will take 3-4 minutes on each side.
